Unbound & Unlocked — Event Terms and Conditions
Purchase of a ticket to attend Unbound & Unlocked constitutes acceptance of these Event Terms and Conditions.
1. Booking and payment
A place at the event is reserved once payment has been accepted through the relevant ticket link. Ticket details and any booking confirmation should be kept by the purchaser. Full terms are available on request from andrea@purepegasus.co.uk.
2. Ticket types and pricing
Tickets are offered in the types and at the prices shown on the event page. Ticket types may have different availability or release dates. A ticket is valid for the named event and may not be resold for commercial gain.
3. Cancellations and transfers
If you can no longer attend, please contact Andrea as soon as possible. Any request to transfer a ticket to another person or to cancel a booking will be considered in line with the circumstances and availability. The full cancellation and transfer terms are available on request.
4. Event changes
The organiser may make reasonable changes to the programme, speakers, timings, venue arrangements or facilities where necessary. If a material change affects the event, ticket holders will be contacted using the details supplied at booking.
5. Liability
Attendees are responsible for providing accurate booking information and for taking reasonable care of themselves and their belongings at the event. The organiser's responsibility is limited to what is required by applicable law, and nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
6. Data and privacy
Information supplied when booking or enquiring will be used to administer the event and communicate relevant updates. Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection law. Questions about your information can be sent to andrea@purepegasus.co.uk.
